Return Policy
Under Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", you have the right to return a product of satisfactory quality within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item has not been worn or used, retains its original appearance and consumer properties, is returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact, and is accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
Because all our dresses are made to order — tailored to your measurements, chosen fabric and design — they may fall under the category of custom-made garments, which may not be eligible for exchange or return under applicable law. If you have any concerns, we encourage you to reach out to us before placing your order.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order — use the form on our contact page or give us a call.
- Describe the reason for the return and include photos of the item and its packaging — this helps us review your request as quickly as possible.
- Once we confirm the return, send the item back via a carrier of your choice in its original packaging with all tags and your proof of purchase included.
- We will review your return and get back to you with a decision in accordance with the timelines required by law.
Return shipping costs for items of satisfactory quality are covered by the customer. If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
